Each Sunday at our 10AM services, all children begin in the church hall for ‘Together Time’. Together Time is where our church gathers in the service together whether a kid, youth or adult, to worship Jesus together. This time can include a song, a Bible reading, a Together Talk and a prayer. After Together Time, all the children exit through the church hall to begin their age-tailored programs for the rest of the service.
The safety and care of your children is paramount to us. All our leaders have completed either a Junior or Adults’ Safe Ministry Course, and all leaders over 18 years have a Working With Children Check. Every group is supervised by adult leaders, supported by junior leaders.
There is no need to pre-register your kids.
Kids Church at West Pymble
Little Sparks (Toddlers) & Noah’s Gang (Preschoolers)
This is our group for kids who are below school age. They begin with organised free-play activities to help children settle and get to know their leaders. Whether through a game, a song, an interactive bible-story or craft, this program aims to introduce our kids to their creator God.
We know some kids have a harder time saying goodbye than others. Our leaders will do their best to encourage the departure process and help you get back to the service.
Years K-2 & Years 3-6
We have two programs for those in primary school at West Pymble. Our K-2 program meets in the back hall of church and our Years 3-6 program meets in a school hall next door to church. During Kids’ Church, our program for both K-2 and 3-6 includes singing, games, Bible Talks, discussion groups and other fun activities!
Kids Church at West Lindfield
At West Lindfield we have two Kids’ Church groups, Creche and K-6. After starting in with their parents, the kids are walked down to the back hall of the church property for Kids’ Church. K-6 meets in the first room on the left and Creche meets in the room on the right. Each group has games, activities and a Bible story at an age-appropriate level.
