KIDS
We think that kids are so important to Jesus and so we have a small but growing kids program that run throughout the 10am service to help kids to engage with Jesus and with one another.

Our 10am service is contemporary in style, and orientated towards families of all shapes and sizes. Everyone dresses casual and comfortable.
When you arrive you will find a warm welcome no matter where you are on your faith journey. We encourage everyone who arrives to wear a name tag as a way to get to know each other. From there, you can head into the church and grab a seat as our service starts. If you’ve brought kids along, we’d love for them to start in the service with you.
Each week, the service involves a mix of prayer, bible reading, singing of modern worship songs, a sermon and time for announcements. Once a month we participate in communion. During one of the songs, an offertory is passed around, which is one way that our church members give to the work of our church. If you’re new, feel free to just let it pass by. There’s no pressure to take part in anything until you feel comfortable - we’re just happy you’re here!

Antony Barraclough (Bazz) became the Senior Minister at St Matthew's Anglican Church in December 2015. His first association with the church was as a Student Minister in 1995 and 1996.
He is now leading the church into its next phase of growth as NorthLight Anglican Church, so that we may continue to see lives transformed through the grace of Jesus Christ.
Bazz’s passion is to see people of all ages place their faith in Jesus Christ and then go on to maintain that faith. In particular he is keen for NorthLight to engage in local missions that speaks to those that don’t know Jesus and helps serve their needs. He'd love to hear from you!
