NorthLight has a strong and thriving community of young adults. Spanning from fresh-out-of-high school to the young at heart, our ministries for the young adults are centred around mid-week bible studies, which we call 'Growth Groups'. Throughout the year we hold a variety of events to build community among the young adults that call NorthLight home. The majority of our Young Adults attend our 6PM service.
6PM is a casual and contemporary styled night service. A typical service will include prayer, time spent in God's word, a sermon, a live band leading worship, and times of reflection. Supper is provided afterwards and many members often continue the fellowship afterwards with an outing to a local restaurant for low-cost, delicious dinner.
'Growth Groups' are bible Studies, and are a core part of life in our community. We believe it is the best way to have meaningful, lasting relationships centred on Christ. It’s also a key way to connect with our church community, joining like-minded Christians in fellowship and growth.
There are groups of young adults meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, in co-gendered groups. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, follow the link below.
