Mission Partners

While the parish of NorthLight congregates in West Pymble & West Lindfield, we have brothers and sisters all over the world that we partner both through finances as well as skills, knowledge, muscle and mission to see the Gospel go out into the world. Our hope is to see lives transformed through the grace of Jesus Christ not just at NorthLight but throughout the whole world.

We think of our mission partners in three different areas; Local, National and International.

Make mission part of your weekly rhythm

Make mission part of your weekly rhythm

Over the next 13 weeks, we invite you to focus on one Mission Partner each week

1. Read their story.
2. Pray specifically for their needs.
3. Consider how you can support them.

Don’t just download this booklet — use it.

Set a reminder, bring it to your growth group, your family devotions, or your personal prayer time. Each week, pause to:

Pray for that partner’s ministry, protection, and fruitfulness.

Give as you’re able, helping sustain their work (most gifts are tax-deductible).

Encourage them with a message or note of support.

Respond if God prompts you to serve, advocate, or volunteer.

A healthy church — and a healthy Christian — looks beyond themselves.

Start this week with one Mission Partner, and let God grow your heart for His mission, one week at a time.

OpenDoors

NorthLight is also concerned for the persecuted church. As we worship in freedom in Australia we do not forget the terrible cost our brothers and sisters across the world pay for their faith.

We don’t financially support Open Doors on a regular basis, but we think they do great things. OpenDoors works in over 70 countries to support Christians who are persecuted for their faith in Jesus. We encourage you to hear their stories by subscribing to ‘Open Doors’.
