NorthLight Youth is a community of young people in Years 7-12, centered on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that the good life is lived with Jesus + Mates and that's what our Youth ministry is all about: relationship with Jesus and relationships with each other.
Our youth ministry is a thriving safe space for young people to come together. All our sessions are supervised by members of a team of over 30 adults who have completed a Safe Ministry Training Course, and hold a current Working With Children Check.
Our Youth Program is run at our West Pymble location.

Our youth program is geared towards building community and growing young Christians to be confident in their faith. We welcome all high schoolers wherever they're at, and place a high value on being warm and understanding toward visitors, however familiar or unfamiliar with Christian faith they may be. A normal week at youth starts with dinner before we move into various activities including games, music, talks, and discussion groups.
On Sunday mornings, our junior Great Mates groups meet during the 10:00am service at West Pymble for a bible study with their friends that involves digging into the Word of God, praying together and having a laugh. This is followed by morning tea on the village green.
On Monday nights, our Year 9 -12 leaders and youth meet at West Pymble for a bible study that involves digging into the Word of God and talking about it in an open and discussion based format.
We encourage our youth to be a part of our wider church and to get involved in our 6PM service. This service is casual, contemporary and aimed at youth and young adults in particular. It’s another great way to meet each week and involves singing, praying, bible reading, a sermon, supper and more.
